507. Dua of the Guest for the Host

Once the Prophet (๏ทบ) after drinking something in the house of one of the Companions, said -

ุงูŽู„ู„ู‘ูŽู‡ูู…ู‘ูŽ ุฃูŽุทู’ุนูู…ู’ ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุฃูŽุทู’ุนูŽู…ูŽู†ููŠู’ ูˆูŽุงุณู’ู‚ู ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุณูŽู‚ูŽุงู†ููŠู’ (ูˆูŽุฃูŽุณู’ู‚ู ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุฃูŽุณู’ู‚ูŽุงู†ููŠ)

ุงูŽู„ู„ู‘ูฐู‡ูู…ู‘ูŽ ุงูŽุทู’ุนูู…ู’ ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุงูŽุทู’ุนูŽู…ูŽู†ููŠู’ ูˆูŽุงุณู’ู‚ู ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุณูŽู‚ูŽุงู†ููŠู’ (ูˆูŽุงูŽุณู’ู‚ู ู…ูŽู†ู’ ุงูŽุณู’ู‚ูŽุงู†ููŠู’)

Allaahumma 'at'im man 'at'amanee wasqi man saqaanee (in another narration: wa asqee man asqaani)

Translation

O Allah, feed the one who has fed me and drink to the one who has given me drink.

ุงูŽูู’ุทูŽุฑูŽ ุนูู†ู’ุฏูŽูƒูู…ู ุงู„ุตู‘ูŽุงุฆูู…ููˆู’ู†ูŽุŒ ูˆูŽุงูŽูƒูŽู„ูŽ ุทูŽุนูŽุงู…ูŽูƒูู…ู ุงู„ู’ุงูŽุจู’ุฑูŽุงุฑู ูˆูŽุตูŽู„ู‘ูŽุชู’ ุนูŽู„ูŽูŠู’ูƒูู…ู ุงู„ู’ู…ูŽู„ูŽุงุฆููƒูŽุฉู

Aftara 'indakumus-saa'imoon, wa 'akala ta'aamakumul-'abraar, wa sallat 'alaykumul-malaa'ikah

Translation

With you, those who are fasting have broken their fast, those who are righteous shall fed by you, and the angels recite their prayers upon you.

If someone breaks the fast of Rasulullah (๏ทบ) or feeds any food other than fasting, he would say du'a for him by saying this - (The dua is mentioned above)

ุงูŽู„ู„ู‘ูฐู‡ูู…ู‘ูŽ ุจูŽุงุฑููƒู’ ู„ูŽู‡ูู…ู’ ูููŠู’ ู…ูŽุง ุฑูŽุฒูŽู‚ู’ุชูŽู‡ูู…ู’ ูˆูŽุงุบู’ููุฑู’ ู„ูŽู‡ูู…ู’ ูˆูŽุงุฑู’ุญูŽู…ู’ู‡ูู…ู’

Allaahumma baarik lahum feemaa razaqtahum, waghfir lahum warhamhum

Translation

O Allah, bless them in what You have provided for them, and forgive them and have mercy on them.

Abdullah ibn Bishar said, "The Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ) came to my father's house." He offered some food. He took some food from it. My father wants to pray for him. Then he said these words- (The dua is mentioned above)
