Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone sits at a place where he does not remember Allah, deprivation will descend on him from Allah; and if he lies at a place where he does not remember Allah, deprivation will descend on him from Allah.
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: People who get up from a sitting or meeting in which they did not remember Allah will be just as if they had got up from an dunkey corpse, and it will be a cause of grief to them.
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (RA): We used to count and see that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say a hundred times after the meeting:
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ
Rabbighfir lee watub 'alayya 'innaka 'Antat-Tawwaabur-rahim
My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance, You are the Ever-Relenting, the All-Forgiving.
